From the point of talking with Emma in reception about my medical situation and to her arranging for me to meet with the consultant Mr Abboudi a few days was extremely fast. The genuine care and attention I was given by Mr Abboudi throughout my treatment was nothing short of amazing, he is a truly wonderful Urologist. The main problem was the delay in receiving my take home medication from the pharmacy. It had been ordered by 8am but did not arrive till 4pm. My daughter came to pick me up at 10.30am and had to wait with me till 4pm for the medication.
