I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Mrs Shahid has been brilliant to me in my appointments. She has been empathetic, knowledgeable and most of all, understanding of my situation. I was nervous before attending my first appointment, not knowing what to expect and what outcome I wanted, however Mrs Shahid didn’t make me feel silly, gave me as much time as I needed and the most positive advice and reassurance which has changed my outlook on life following my experiences in the last twelve months. She gave me professional advice and took bloods to reassure me going forward. I am so grateful I got to see Mrs Shahid and she has given me everything I need for the near future, but also keeping my file open in case I need her going forward.
