Though the dept was very busy staff were very helpful and kept patients informed of the next stage of their assessment while attending. A very well run and organised dept.

I was greeted by an excellent Receptionist (who had also helped me find the Hospital earlier over the phone). A very warm welcome indeed. I had to wait a while for my appointment but it was a very pleasant place to wait with all staff being very accommodating.
