My experience at The Princess Grace hospital was nothing short of excellent

I recently spent a week at The Lindo Wing, and couldn’t have got through it without the care and compassion of the wonderful nurses.

Professional, friendly staff and spotless premises.

The Harley Street Clinic and all of the administrative staff were all very pleasant.

Cleveland was beyond expectation, my pre op care was so clear and tailored to me during my stay i was looked after my a amazing team from cleaners nurses , doctors , catering , every aspect of care was geared to getting me better quicker and with minimal faff ,

Needed a prescription and no-one available to speak out of 3 medical secretaries, 2pharmacist & 1 assistant Still not spoken to anyone & no service - frustrating

Very inconvenient. Misleading information. Confused. Not offering help. The receptionist was unable to provide information or guidance with regard to my appointment. Made me wait till my appointment time passed and asked me to come another day. This is so disappointing and frustrating.

Cromwell hospital was incredibly well run. The staff were excellent and made me feel really welcome and less anxious. They made sure I was ok at all times and ensured I wasn't too scared. The food was excellent and the options were excellent. I couldn't recommend it enough

For a private hospital, in comparison to other ones, it just felt it needed to be modernised and the reception area felt un-clinical with young (hate to use the word "posh") adults running it which lowered its professional medical feel. The call time I was given to arrive was 12:30pm but I was called at 12:15pm saying it was a 12pm call time. I showed my HSHH text message and emails to show the time I was given. When I arrived they rushed me down and told me the anasthetist was threatening to leave for that day because they're running so late with everyone and he needed to go. This isn't the best feeling knowing that the anaesthetist is rushing. The downstairs area for the procedure was tight and cramped and needs modernising and the food provided was below par for most private experiences post treatment especially the coffees. The nurses were friendly. The consultants I've met are very experienced and good. But it just felt a bit chaotic procedure wise and with the reception staff clearly getting all the timings wrong that day.
