I arrived and found there was parking so that was a good sign. Friendly reception staff who booked me in & directed me to the 2nd. Checked in with upstairs staff very friendly. The staff are very efficient and helpful. The hospital is clean and welcoming.

The staff are very pleasant and I have to give 5 stars to the Phlebotomists in particular. I have deep veins and they always manage to take bloods from me in the most pain free way possible.

Stayed for one night after my operation. Was also seen by Mr. Andrews and nurses pre and post operation. Happy with the hospital, hope the level of service they provide will mot go down over time.
