The staff have exhibited a friendly empathetic approach to resident centred care. They work as one team with one goal to deliver highest standard of care every day.

All staff are fantastic.. They take the time to communicate and listen extremely well.

The service has a lot to learn and can only improve. At times we are so disappointed- from how medication is administered, the loudness of the staff, unsuitable food, cleanliness, upkeep of accommodation etc…. Daily cleaning in areas should be carried out rather than occasional areas that are only done in turn. Ingrained dirt is everywhere. We have given up expecting improvements. Some individual Staff are too loud at all times of day. Some Staff are not observant on the deterioration of clients health. They can be dismissive and not listen to next of kin. Even at the time of the pandemic the company never reached out to clients families. Staff use their mobile phones a lot of the time whilst with clients. Meals supplied can be okay at best but other times they are woefully inadequate.

My mother has been in Galgorm care home for quite some time now and has settled in well. Her room is very clean and the staff have been really good with her. Everytime I visit, the staff are very friendly and helpful but the main thing is my mum is happy well looked after and treated with the care and dignity she deserves

The place needs a lot of TLC...window locks broken .. esp coming into winter. .I watched residents being served up dry scones and pancake etc yet they from an era that spread butter like cheese....it's not like the food they get regular is high nutritional content ..sausage roll and cocktail sausage etc ..so giving them a sweet tea or bread and butter shouldn't hurt. A resident does lovely artwork yet none of his pictures are displayed. A freezer would be good in kitchen to have ice lollies on the hot days etc ...TV is just what's on that night ...a movie from their era or music would be a suggestion. I just think it lacks a bit of soul . An A4 bullet note in patients rooms would be nice to see what likes and dislikes are .or dogs ...farmers in past life..knitting bakers etc .....get chatting to them and they have some interesting stories to tell.

My dad is in awaiting a care package it’s lovely.

My mum is in Sevenoaks and the care she recieves is excellent and totally helps with the guilt of having to make the decision to move her in. The staff are friendly and there are activities going on at some level everytime I visit

Helpful and understanding staff. Built good relationship with my relative.

My mum stayed at Park House for 6 weeks, to get some of her independence back after a serious stroke. The experience my mum and our family had was second to none. When my mum came to the clinic, she couldn’t walk and was very weak. The treatment and care she received from the care and therapy teams was absolutely brilliant. My mum has left stronger and with the ability to walk with a stick. She will continue with community rehab at home. We will be forever grateful to all of the team at Park House. Thank you.
