Woodlands looked after our mother very well over 5 years of changing and complex needs.

I am a agency nurse and from the beginning of the shift i was very happy to see how staff said hello to me and act very nice and professional. Was a nice and warm welcoming which made my shift very enjoyable

Basic functionality works very well. Have had no problem with any sensors and the original batteries still work after a couple of years. Provides peace of mind. Issue with mobile app: it logs me out of the app about once a week without notifying me that it has done this. I therefore have to continuously check the app since I may miss alerts whilst it is logged out. Suggestion for enhancement: provide an 'emergency red button' as part of the suite of sensors. This would trigger an immediate alert via the app when pressed. I've had to purchase a separate one (using a different app - Tuya).
