The staff are always so lovely, kind and cheerful.

My very elderly aunt moved into Rathmena 6 months ago. I have seen her thrive in that time. I believe this is due to the loving care and attention she receives from all of the staff all of the time.

As a nurse I find Manton heights exceptionally well organised and the residents care is excellent All the staff are caring approachable and helpful

After reading previous reviews I was really concerned when my Dad was sent here from hospital. He has been here for a year now and has only good things to say about his care he really likes the staff especially Mandy who has really helped him. He has no complaints about the food and he seems really settled and loves to have a bit of banter with the staff. He chose to stay here when given a choice to move and that really says it all in my opinion.

Towell House is clean and bright and the staff are friendly and helpful.
