I am relatively young to have cataracts and have always been scared of the optician especially the puffy puffer eye pressure machine. I had to go private as I was too scared to wait. It was the best decision me and my family made. Mr Kasmiya was so kind, gentle and patient with me. He explained everything to me in a kind manner and was clear as to what to expect. He never made me feel silly for being so scared of the operation and helped me throughout my time at the King Edward VII Hospital. His after care has been great no puffer machines! He has always been fair and honest in his diagnosis. I have no hesitation in recommending Mr Kasmiya for any optical issues you may have concerns with. I am currently saving for my next eye operation which I know will be as great as the first.

Mr kinsella is extremely approachable and allows as much time as is required to fully explain results/procedures and answer questions. He is very calm and reassuring which makes for a relaxed experience.

I saw Mr Entabi for an ongoing health issue. I was seen quickly and on time. I felt dismissed within the system and was not expecting much when I was to be seen. I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by a kind smile and reassuring tone. I felt heard and listened to and acknowledged. I was asked what I thought about the proposed treatment - something that doesn’t happen often!
