No delays or backlog or extended waiting. Plenty of reception staff to service queues which makes a big difference in an efficient service. Clean and plenty of parking. I would have liked to see a better stocked play area for the young children (2 year old) as its very small. Maybe some books, a colouring table with colours and paper etc. Nothing extravagant just enough to keep little minds occupied.

Brilliant experience! So glad I did it as I was worrying whilst waiting for a NHS scan. Prompt, efficient, and friendly. Answered my questions and gave some much needed reassurance.
