Paul has been excellent from start to finish. I had severe reflux and a hiatus hernia. Paul was very thorough in assessing my suitability for the Linx device. The surgery went smoothly and I was discharged the same day. The pain was severe for the first couple of days and then very gradually subsided. Any queries I had I was able to email Paul and he replied very promptly and provided the reassurance I needed. He has been kind, compassionate and reassuring aswell as doing a very successful procedure. Afterwards he has continued to provide this high level of support.
