Fantastic team - Lorraine & Milly were awesome, got my bloods first attempt - this is the first time this had happened . Usually the nurses have a few attempts before they get some blood. Brilliant work girls !! Xx

This is an excellent Medical Centre. The staff are polite and welcoming. The facilities are excellent - coffee machines on every floor plus lots of reading material. The admin process is very efficient with hardly any waiting times. I was seen by my consultant exactly on time, and other procedures (X-rays, blood tests & MRI Scan) were carried out quickly and smoothly. I would highly recommend Chiswick Medical Centre

Very calm and clean environment

I am still under treatment, my trigger injection delivery did not come on time , I had to travel all the way to guys hospital and they had no injection as well in pharmacy. I was given nasal instead. Delivery arrived after I had my treatment. Getting InTouch to the nurses on phone is difficult. Call centre number does not respond I wait for 40 minutes and hung up at last , I had to travel all the way to the hospital to ask a question. Some information was provided too late and I was not well informed on the next plan unless I approached the nurse. I have emailed the matron to tell her about my anxiety caused by those incidents and I hope the 2nd phase will go smooth. Thanks

As there was a train strike the day of my scan I was actually seen 30 minutes early which was great.

Excellent, professional and swift service at the hospital, can't fault it.

I am always very impressed by the efficiency , friendliness ..as I am not a French speaker and professionalism of everyone in the clinic
