One star dropped for waiting because the previous patient was so late they arrived at my appointment time and therefore I had to wait. I was kept informed the whole time by friendly and competent staff

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The facilities are really clean and nice. The food was also lovely. Janie was my nurse and really amazing.

Fantastic team - Lorraine & Milly were awesome, got my bloods first attempt - this is the first time this had happened . Usually the nurses have a few attempts before they get some blood. Brilliant work girls !! Xx

I found all staff that I came into contact with very friendly and helpful. In the very short stay staff had been vey caring. I would recommend.

All staff were excellent, as were the facilities along with food/drink.

The admin service was less responsive than I would have expected and didn't respond in some situations without me chasing.

All of the staff at tHe Blackheath Hospital were very polite and professional. They explained each step of the process to me and made sure I was comfortable.
