I am always very impressed with my visits to The Harley Street Clinic. The staff at this clinic are always very friendly, welcoming, professional and ensure that any patients/clients are always seen to as quickly as possible. Upon my arrival at the clinic, I waited to be registered, but there was a long queue, as it was a busy afternoon, so i was immediately ushered into another business office where i was checked in. My details were checked thoroughly, and then i was told where to go for my appointment, Harley Street Clinic is always very clean and is very well maintained. The consultant i was there to see was very welcoming, friendly, and knows how to make patients feel reassured that they are receiving the best possible care. I was involved in every aspect of my care and any forthcoming treatment plans. I never feel rushed and am always able to ask any questions i may have. Any concerns I had were also addressed satisfactorily. Although it is a clinic, the surroundings are very calming and warm. Should I need to visit The Harley Street Clinic again, I definitely will and I know that I will be provided with the very best medical care.

Very good experience and support before, during and post surgery. I felt very well taken care of by professional teams. I would go back to the Cadogan Clinic if I had to go through another procedure without a doubt.
