From initial consultation to the operation, everything was handled efficiently and quickly. I was able to schedule the surgery around holidays.

Everything went well. The one thing I would recommend to everyone is to bring ear plugs for your bedroom after your operation because if you are in a room that has a system that is cleaning the, the system is very noisy.

Though overall good, I didn’t have sufficient pain relief so when they tried to get me on to crutches soon after my op, I fainted, I don’t think I had the surgeon I booked and the crutches I was given on leaving were too small

The staff are very pleasant and I have to give 5 stars to the Phlebotomists in particular. I have deep veins and they always manage to take bloods from me in the most pain free way possible.

I have always been happy with my UME experience and regularly recommend them to friends.
