My stay was lovely. The after care was excellent as I needed to go back a week after discharge for a suspected UTI. They were very caring. All the staff were lovely and made me feel welcome

I stayed at the Phoenix Hospital on 31 July 2023. I cannot rate the hospital highly enough!! Every single person I came into contact with was lovely! Before deciding on surgery, I did a lot of research on hospitals and surgeons and chose Mr Nigel Carver. During my consultation, he gave me all the information I needed about the procedure. I put all my trust in him and I’m so glad I did! Three weeks after surgery I’m already ecstatic with the outcome! On top of being an amazing surgeon, Mr Carver genuinely cares about his patients. I am so pleased I chose Mr Carver. I’d recommend him to anyone considering surgery! On the day of the surgery I was taken down to theatre by Brian, who was so kind and even let me hold his hand because I was scared of having the cannula in my hand. I’m so grateful to him for that. I couldn’t have asked for a lovelier person to be with me as I went into theatre. The nursing staff were absolutely amazing too. Although every nurse was lovely, I’d particularly like to thank Beth for her compassion and kindness during the night shift. What a wonderful lady!! My whole experience with the Phoenix Hospital was amazing and I’d recommend anyone to go there, you won’t be disappointed!

Couldn't rate La Belle Forme any higher they have been amazing!. From my consultation with My consultant to my pre op and operation my experience has been flawless. Surgery day was a breeze and i was really looked after. My nose is absolutely perfect and im so happy. Thank you to everyone at La Belle Forme

Excellent staff, facilities and doctors ! Best private experience so far . Everyone really looks after you and tries to accommodate wherever possible. Never felt rush and really listened to, made me feel at ease on all the investigations carried out. Outstanding service !

Polite, professional and friendly and on time.

Fantastic team - Lorraine & Milly were awesome, got my bloods first attempt - this is the first time this had happened . Usually the nurses have a few attempts before they get some blood. Brilliant work girls !! Xx
