I could not find fault with anything/anywhere in this hospital. It was amazing and I'm most pleased with the surgeon, surgery, care etc. I'd highly recommend The Princess Grace Hospital to anybody in need of treatment.

Everyone was polite and helpful and the cafe is clean and well run.

I am always very impressed with my visits to The Harley Street Clinic. The staff at this clinic are always very friendly, welcoming, professional and ensure that any patients/clients are always seen to as quickly as possible. Upon my arrival at the clinic, I waited to be registered, but there was a long queue, as it was a busy afternoon, so i was immediately ushered into another business office where i was checked in. My details were checked thoroughly, and then i was told where to go for my appointment, Harley Street Clinic is always very clean and is very well maintained. The consultant i was there to see was very welcoming, friendly, and knows how to make patients feel reassured that they are receiving the best possible care. I was involved in every aspect of my care and any forthcoming treatment plans. I never feel rushed and am always able to ask any questions i may have. Any concerns I had were also addressed satisfactorily. Although it is a clinic, the surroundings are very calming and warm. Should I need to visit The Harley Street Clinic again, I definitely will and I know that I will be provided with the very best medical care.

It was everything it should be

The establishment is very clean and tidy, and I didn't wait to much to be serve. The staff is very polite and professional.

Only downside to the Golders Green facility compared to Elstree is the parking - no free on site parking

I wouldn’t say it was worth having varicose veins just to come here for a day, but it’s not far off.

Very methodical and thought provoking surgeon. Impressed with patient delivery skills.
