Very nice hospital. Welcoming and very clean, I felt very much at ease there.

The admin service was less responsive than I would have expected and didn't respond in some situations without me chasing.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The facilities are really clean and nice. The food was also lovely. Janie was my nurse and really amazing.

Reception staff are abysmal by comparison. Face of the business. First Port of call. (And yet in 12 months you still employ , despite 3 complaints from me and I can not believe I'm the only one) the least professional friendly or welcoming people. You should all be sacked.

From arriving at the hospital the welcome from the receptionist was very friendly, the nursing staff went above and beyond to make me feel safe and cared for, the room was lovely, clean and welcoming, the food was amazing, the chefs are brilliant! Waiting staff lovely and nurses just perfect! I couldn’t have asked for a better hospital to have my surgery.

My whole experience from start to finish has been smooth and positive. The consultant was honest and truthful, and very easy to talk with. I felt comfortable discussing my required surgery without embarrassment. The surgery team were amazing and the day was as stress free as it could have been. The outcome of my surgery, has been life changing and I would recommend this clinic happily.
