I appreciated being able to access everything online at any time via the Patient Portal, and especially appreciated that Professor Winters phoned me to keep me up-to-date about my treatment plan, rather than wait for the next appointment. Post-operative care was meticulous to ensure the best possible outcome cosmetically as well as clinically, and Professor Winters was kind and reassuring. She also has an amazing team in Jenny, her PA, and Angela, her nurse, who all worked together so that I felt safe, supported and cared for. Thank you so much.
