Put me at ease and very helpful despite running late

Excellent care received from Mr Trivedi and staff at Gatwick Park Hospital. Mr Trivedi talked me through the procedure before and during the procedure. He also came to see me before my discharge to explain the results/findings.

I cannot praise Mr Sains enough. Professional and knowledgeable yet makes one feel comfotable and relaxed as if talking to a close friend. Simply amazing.
