Friendly staff and comfortable environment. Staff supporting Dr Lyon and conducting blood tests, ECGs, Holter monitors, etc are especially welcoming and helpful.

From the receptionists, nurses, mammographers, and all the team working there one cannot fault them. The team are very professional and show an enormous amount of empathy and understanding. They take time to listen to your concerns. The department is immaculate. I was told that the teams love working there and some nurses have been there for many years. There is a great respect for the medical staff.
