Dr Vernon believes in empowering his patients and strives to help show them how to maximise the exercise, including yoga and Tai Chi to feel healthier and stronger in their daily lives.

He has breadth of experience that includes working at Liverpool Walton’s Pain Clinic,to practicing in Australia until ultimately settling in London.

Given his experience Dr Vernon has long been involved in teaching and training other practitioners.
