Overall it is good. Should not have to pay for parking. Wait times can be an issue. The auto checkin. Rarely works for me.

Other than the wait in A&E initially (before being x-rayed) I was happy with the service and care received. There was a an excellent sense of team spirit and A&E was very well organised. After the initial slow start on the ward over the weekend things improved greatly by Monday. Unfortunately the pain management was slow to be adjusted after the op as it was a weekend and no-one seemed to be able to deal with this which probably resulted in an extra night's stay due to the slow start of being able to move around. Nurses were attentive and the ward was clean.
