I arrived and found there was parking so that was a good sign. Friendly reception staff who booked me in & directed me to the 2nd. Checked in with upstairs staff very friendly. Was called to my appointment 5 mins early . Dr alam was kind friendly, patient and listened to my issue . Excellent overall service from all

My experience was great. Clinic very busy so I recommend do not leave it until last minute to book as there may be waiting time. However, in my case I was lucky Nabeelah secretary was able to fit me in at short notice. Worth the wait. Dr Sami was great.

Often busy but always incredibly clean, friendly and a nice environment. The post surgery team were amazing.
