Fantastic! I had to have a colonoscopy and endoscopy. Dr Saxena explained the whole procedure to me in a online consultation beforehand so I knew what to expect. His team liased with the hospital to book the procedure for me. He was a very reassuring presence on the day of the procedures and carried them out in such a way that I felt no discomfort whatsoever. He contacted me as soon as the biopsy results were ready and made arrangements for me to have some follow-up tests very promptly. I couldn't have wished for a better experience.

I am full of praise for Dr Despott. From my initial consultation, through to the procedures he carried out, his knowledge, skills and experience were outstanding. Not only that, but his "bedside manner" was very reassuring. He gave generously of his time, listening to and understanding my issues and concerns.
