Came in for Cataract surgery under the care of Mr Bansal..an excellent eye surgeon Whom I would highly recommend..the nursing staff were excellent Katie and Heather looked after me..Liz from the kitchen was fantastic and I can’t thank everyone enough.Thanks once again!!

Excellent experience all round

The hospital is clean and tidy and the receptionist was welcoming. The hospital might want to consider somehow separating the reception desk from the waiting area as essentially anyone in the waiting area could potentially hear someone’s private information as they check in.

This is my third Colonoscopy with Dr Pitcher at the One Welbeck Centre. I am thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the whole process end to end. This is a center of excellence, cleanliness of the facility including patient rooms , attention to detail, and pleasant atmostphere are second to none. I would not hesitate to come back to the OneWelbeck, including the Nurses and Staff who are most kind and patient.
