I had a home visit for a blood test from Chiamaka, she was so friendly & reassuring. She was so pleasant to have in my house & to take my blood. Cannot sing her praises enough with how comfortable and ease she made me feel.

I took my daughter to the Clinic to see Prossefor Lack. In addition to having to wait 3 hours, the service took 5 minutes. Not even my GP who earns a terrible salary is as insensitive and bedside manner as the professor. Super disrespectful service. He refused to watch the videos of my daughter sleeping because he said that bad breath has nothing to do with a milk allergy and even asked me to stop believing in Google. If he really were a teacher he would know that a late reaction allergy can cause breathing problems. I only spent 860 pounds to be treated with a lack of respect and empathy. Sad to see doctors working just for the money.

The arrival and registration process was superb. The clinical teams were kind and compassionate and facilities outstanding.

They were punctual in booking the appointment and with all the documentation. I will use their services again if necessary.

Excellent. Communication is flawless. Super flexible. I really feel like my needs are at the heart of conversation. I've been a couple of times and everyone is running on time pretty much all the time. Today is my second day of appointments and I was seen early both times!!

Great place. Unfortunately, a week after the visit, we are still waiting for the refund for some treatments
