I am full of praise for Dr Despott. From my initial consultation, through to the procedures he carried out, his knowledge, skills and experience were outstanding. Not only that, but his "bedside manner" was very reassuring. He gave generously of his time, listening to and understanding my issues and concerns. He explained everything in easy to understand language whilst not being patronising. The actual procedures were pain free, with no discomfort at all. I would highly recommend Dr Despott.

I was recommended by a family member to consult Dr. Reffitt after experiencing a worrying health issue. I am truly a hypochondriac and was very worried. From the first consultation I felt at ease because Dr. Reffitt set out to explain possible causes in a reassuring and empathetic manner. As well as the consultations, Dr. Reffitt conducted the first investigative procedure, explaining every step of the way what was happening (understanding things helps overcome anxiety). A follow-up procedure and consutlation were necessary and again these were conducted in a freindly, empathetic and informative manner.
