From arriving at the hospital the welcome from the receptionist was very friendly, the nursing staff went above and beyond to make me feel safe and cared for, the room was lovely, clean and welcoming, the food was amazing, the chefs are brilliant! Waiting staff lovely and nurses just perfect! I couldn’t have asked for a better hospital to have my surgery.

Really appreciate the opportunity to get a PWYC appointment when I would otherwise be unable to finance them. The dietitian was so thorough, friendly & helpful. I felt listened to & understood, which has never been the case with my issues before. The management advice I was given is practical & doable, I hope to see results & look forward to the follow up!

Highgate hospital is excellent. All of the staff are polite and skilled. 5 star!

The hospital itself was very disappointing. I was expecting a lot better from a private hospital. It was very chaotic and the building/furniture/bathroom could do with an upgrade!
