It was a bit hard to find the exact location as it's a big hospital. The waiting room could have had some magazines or reading materials as I was waiting. Enjoyed the coffee though!

Very posh & nice.

CRGH has been a great option for us, with easy access from Buckinghamshire. Appointments have largely run to time, with minimal waiting, and have been easy to schedule. The patient portal has been useful for quick questions and checks, as well as appointment and medication reminders.

Very inconvenient. Misleading information. Confused. Not offering help. The receptionist was unable to provide information or guidance with regard to my appointment. Made me wait till my appointment time passed and asked me to come another day. This is so disappointing and frustrating.

We had a great experience with the Evewell. It was the 3rd (and last) clinic we went to during our fertiity journey and we really appreciated how professional and helpful everyone was through the process.

The London General Practice are a great team. Based on my experiences, they are terrific in communication, flexible in accommodating our needs; and their facilities are immaculate, as well as being very comfortable with (what I imagine are) state-of-the art resources/ equipment.

Very happy with our experience at the Lister - all the staff were always kind and provided high-quality care.
