Very friendly and professional

Spotlessly clean, seen immediately and the doctor was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and reassuring.

The medical staff that performed my c-section was great. Paul, the anaesthesiologist, was so patient and kind. He applied the epidural and then waited for the effect to take place in order to move on to surgery. His calm demeanour brought peace during the surgical procedure. Elijah and the other medical team were also very assuring and kind. I’m so grateful. The hospital was clean, the nurses on call were Marvellous. I would highly recommend the Portland.

Clean hospital and welcoming. Staff were great. Everything was efficient.

We had a very positive experience which resulted in the birth of a beautiful baby girl with our first attempt. We had a previously unsuccessful attempt at a previous clinic, but City diagnosed the issue straightaway, conducted some rectifying surgery and we had incredibly positive results. 9 fertilized embryos (as opposed to 1 previously) and first time success with the transfer. The team at city were very professional and supportive throughout.

It was so welcoming and warm, all the team were great and put you at ease. The whole experience was wonderful.

Excellent care

The Lister is my hospital of choice. I had life-saving cancer surgery here in 2021 and am now back as a fertility patient. There is none better.
