My nurse, consultant and anaesthetist made my procedure very relaxed, pleasant experience for me

The hospital facilities were excellent and the staff polite, friendly and competent. It was a very positive experience and everything went as planned. Would highly recommend the hospital and the consultant, Mr. Peter Acher, for HOLEP treatment. He was calm, reassuring, and explained every detail of the procedure clearly and with patience.

I was welcomed appropriately on the reception desk. I poured myself a coffee and within 5 mins Dr Ratnaval came to get me. He was friendly, courteous and efficient. All good.

From start to finish the Apricity team have been amazing. They have been so informative, friendly, supportive, responsive to messages and have done their utmost to solve any problems I encountered on the way. No question was too big or small. They booked all of my appointments for me with no hassle. The app they use is brilliant and easy to use. They have a range of amazing partner clinics (I went with King's fertility in Denmark Hill). The experience was as positive as it could have been due to their support. I wish there was an Apricity for all areas of medicine. Thanks again, brilliant team!

The staff at Guy's and St Thomas hospital is exceptional. The care they provide for patients keeps the patients' dignity at the heart of their approach. The senior nursing staff is very experienced and helpful as well.

I am deeply grateful for Mr Colin Davis’s skills, wonderful treatment, kindness and sincere caring follow up post operation. I’m recovering very well after operation in spite of the fact that I had 4 large fibroids had been removed.
