I was recommended by a family member to consult Dr. Reffitt after experiencing a worrying health issue. I am truly a hypochondriac and was very worried. From the first consultation I felt at ease because Dr. Reffitt set out to explain possible causes in a reassuring and empathetic manner. As well as the consultations, Dr. Reffitt conducted the first investigative procedure, explaining every step of the way what was happening (understanding things helps overcome anxiety). A follow-up procedure and consutlation were necessary and again these were conducted in a freindly, empathetic and informative manner. My whole experience, including all of the administrative work, has been positive and professional. Thanks.

I thought Dr Rishi Goel was very caring, friendly, and reassuring. He put me at ease as soon as he spoke to me and explained the tests he thought I should have in detail. He conducted a gastroscopy and colonoscopy and both tests were the most comfortable and pain free that I have experienced. I would highly recommend Dr Rishi Goel as a first class consultant.

Mr Munasinghe was fantastic from start to finish. He explained everything very well, and I could tell he really did have my best interests at heart. He is very caring and thorough, he doesn't rush anything and ensures you are well informed both before and after surgery.
