Pre-Op: Explained procedure thoroughly and clearly, was able to answer the questions about procedure and aftercare very well, also explained different options in regards to alternative procedures. Surgery: All went ok, a slight complication during surgery which was explained to me in recovery and after 2nd visit to theatre, after transfer to NHS hospital kept in contact with me everyday and explained what was happening and what the plan was for my care. Post-Op: Mr El Hasani again kept in contact with me asking how i was recovering at home, along with Sheila and Aichen? (spelling?) at Chelsfield after care was excellent and highly recommend.

I am so glad that I listened to Dr Goel’s advice and went ahead with the gastroscopy/endoscopy. As I was promised, it would be a good experience, and yes it totally was. Everything went smoothly and the sedation was amazing, no unpleasantness. Everyone at the New Vic was amazing ! I am writing this for all the people like me, who are putting it off by fear of the procedure, there is no need to fear anything, on the contrary, It was actually pleasant. And it is so good to eventually get to know what is going on inside your stomach ! Dear Doctor, I cannot thank you enough, you are amazing !
