I took my daughter to the Clinic to see Prossefor Lack. In addition to having to wait 3 hours, the service took 5 minutes. Not even my GP who earns a terrible salary is as insensitive and bedside manner as the professor. Super disrespectful service. He refused to watch the videos of my daughter sleeping because he said that bad breath has nothing to do with a milk allergy and even asked me to stop believing in Google. If he really were a teacher he would know that a late reaction allergy can cause breathing problems. I only spent 860 pounds to be treated with a lack of respect and empathy. Sad to see doctors working just for the money.

Staff are polite, friendly and professional. The hospital is clean and welcoming.

It was. a Zoom/phone call but in my previous experience, everything has run smoothly and professionally.

Very efficient in terms of communication. Good reception by staff on arrival for my procedure and aftetwards. Good quality room for my day stay. Well fed and watered aftetwards. Good information given pre-departure about what to expect during recovery period.

While attending the hospital I was treated kindly and with respect, however on the two occasions I needed to call the hospital I was treated differently because I was an NHS patient; to be honest it bordered on discrimination.

They were punctual in booking the appointment and with all the documentation. I will use their services again if necessary.
