Dr Janakan Natkunarajah is a full-time Consultant Dermatologist and Clinical Lead at Kingston Hospital where he is the Clinical Lead for 5 dermatology consultants, 2 Specialist nurses. He was appointed to Kingston Hospital in 2011. He developed the dermatology service at Kingston and Raynes Park Health Centre and Community sites with excellent patient feedback and is involved in Acute Dermatology Management at Kingston Hospital.

Dr Fletcher has over 24 years experience in Dermatology and has worked as a Consultant Dermatologist since 2003.

In the same year, her outstanding work was recognised within Kingston Hospital with a Level 2 Clinical Excellence Award.

Dr Fletcher receives excellent feedback; anonymised data collected for revalidation in 2015 showed that 100% of her patients were happy to see her again. Additionally, she receives high-quality feedback from colleagues.

Dr Fletcher retired from the NHS, after 28 years of service, in April 2018.
