I visited this practice this morning hoping to get an emergency appointment after arriving at 8:30am. I had some pain and sensitivity a couple of weeks after having a filling (the filling was not done at this practice) The staff and dentist could not have been nicer. The nurse called the dentist to explain my issue and the dentist came into the surgery early to see me. They were so helpful and friendly and took time to do an examination and x ray. I would highly recommend both the practice itself and Ebuni the dentist. First class service who went above and beyond.

I cannot speak highly enough of Dental Beauty Addington. I'd consider myself a tough guy (!) but dentists were my crypronite, so much so I had 3 teeth extracted because I left it much too long between clean ups and check ups. Firstly Cindy the receptionist made me feel at ease, no easy task. Very friendly as well as professional. The person I see the most often is the hygeniest Sophia and she even made my look impeccable (I should post before and after to give the idea!). Sam the Practice Manager has really helped make this practice 6* but she also feels like one of the staff when we speak. Lastly I should mention I travelled from Florence to my home here mainly for this appointment and will continue doing so. Thank you so much for not only your obvious ability and professionilsm but empathising greatly with a nightmare patient. Karl B.

Friendly reception and great dentist. Clean and tidy.

I felt extremely well looked after. I was greeted warmly by name, everything about my treatment was explained to me, and patience shown with queries before and after the first treatment appointment. Pain relief was carefully monitored to ensure treatment was as comfortable as possible. Clear after-care instructions were given and a team member phoned to check on me the day following my procedure. Tom, Carl and the team demonstrate commitment to a high standard of practice.

Very well handled putting my nervous daughter at ease. She required several extractions/ crowns/ fillings. The procedure was explained clearly to me, and smoothly carried out by Dr. Patel and team with no complications. Afterwards, everyone was wonderful in comforting her during recovery from the sedation.
