Just the bit of long wait but managed to calm them(the patient and her baby bother)down with art and craft in the waiting area and plenty of snacks!

The transfer from the airport to the hotel was very easy and hassle free, the driver drove safely and was polite and friendly as was the hotel and staff ,my dental treatment was very satisfactory, professional, clean and efficient and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable throughout the whole experience, especially Ivan and Dr. Edit who I thank very much. The entire team of staff at Dr. Richard Clinics in Devonshire Place are polite, professional and patient. The clinic is modern, clean and well kept. The receptionist is very friendly as are the dentists and the nurses. I would highly recommend Dr Richards Clinics to everyone I know.

The booking service, prior notification service, reception service, waiting-time, cleanliness of the establishment all get an excellent rating. The hygienist was not proficient or dexterous, was not well-presented, he did not have a good 'bedside manner', his customer care and overall performance was well below the usual standard for Riverside.

Dr Charakida gave me excellent advice and is a very skilled and knowledgable practitioner. I can highly recommend the salon, the staff and the doctor herself.
