Friendly staff, professional all-round.

I recently visited Luxmedica in Ealing and was thoroughly impressed with the level of care I received. The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, answering any questions I had with ease. My doctor, Dr Katarzyna Adamek, was amazing outstanding professional, taking the time to perform a thorough examination and communicate her findings in a way that was easy to understand, without any medical jargon. I was particularly impressed with her patience and attention to detail during the breast ultrasound, as she explained everything she was doing and seeing on the screen. This level of transparency helped to keep me informed and prevent any undue stress or worry. Dr Adamek's approach was clearly patient-centric, and I am confident that I will return for future appointments. In fact, I have already recommended her services to my mother, who I am sure will receive the same excellent care that I did.

I had to wait for almost 30 min for my appointment.

I had a crown replaced with Monisha and Magda. They were very friendly throughout and made me feel very comfortable.

I’ve been coming here for years. When you feel like you have made friends, find yourself joking and laughing and happy at the dentist you know they are doing something right! Not only do Colin, Ryan and the whole team put me at ease their work is of the highest standard. I’m so lucky to have found you, thanks for all you have done for me. My new veneers have changed my life, I’m so happy with them -thank you Ryan! Keep up the great work!

Everything about the treatment explained clearly beforehand by my very pleasant dentist, and updated as we progressed. The finished treatment shown on screen and also explained clearly, especially any problems that might occur after treatment. (None have!)

The employees at Quality Dental Fulham are extremely helpful with any queries and concern, the atmosphere is always welcoming and comfortable.

All staff members I interacted with were very professional and kind, the hospital was extremely clean and quiet, and I was constantly kept informed of next steps throughout my stay, so excellent communication as well.
