Dr Roos and Dr Murthy are both very professional skilled surgeons. They make an excellent team and you are getting 2 experts which makes them unique. They discussed the best way forward for me and were realistic about the results so there were no false expectations. As well as being skilled surgeons the after care they offer is second to none. They set up a WhatsApp group so I could message them if I was concerned anytime about anything post op which was very helpful in early recovery. I have seen multiple other 'top' surgeons who made mistakes which caused me to look botched. I finally found people who not only managed to successfully correct the mistakes that past surgeons but who also genuinely care. I could not recommend them highly enough.

Consultant was excellent - very pleased with the medical clinician and treatment. Nothing to do with clinician but I was not happy with a special delivery letter sent with prominent Harley Street Clinic address on the front. It was a copy of a hard copy prescription (a week after I'd downloaded and fulfilled prescription using emails) It was embarrassing having to deal with questions from the person who signed for this about what this was for. Medical information is supposed to be confidential.
