Very polite staff and always helpful

Very good communication prior to and on the day of the operation apart from the receptionist. Post medication and sick leave were not delivered on time and I really struggled to get them. Post operation phone calls did not address my concerns such as dropping eyelid on the inside corner of right eye. Furthermore, I did not get the phone call six months after the op.

Very happy with service experience and results. Would recommend Dr Williams and the whole team . The people on the day were so friendly and professional
