My overall experience was great! All staff were very friendly, I felt like they cared. The hospital were very efficient with my consultations and operation. Phone calls keeping me in the loop with things made me feel like they were on top of things. I would recommend to anyone. The best hospital i've been to.

Very clean and nice

From the pre-admission screen to the surgery and overnight stay the whole experience it's been increible. I felt supported, reassured and informed at all the times. Staff was warm and friendly and always trying to accommodate my requests. Food was incredible delicious. The room was clean and spacious and had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. Overall I am very happy I had my surgery Lisa Sainsbury Wing at the Hammersmith hospital and if anyone is about to have a procedure done here I will tell you to go with your eyes closed and let staff take care of everything for you. They are all wonderful.

The staff and nursing team are always very friendly and welcome you to the hospital making sure your visit is as comfortable as possible. The toilets could be kept better as there is often paper on the floor or taps left running which is not cost-efficient with water pouring away. I know this is also down to the patients but perhaps signage would help saying to leave the facility as you wish to find them and remember to turn the taps off. The car park is awful and marked out bays would help so more cars could park. Some people leave too big a gap between them and the next car reducing the parking places available.

Good clinic with friendly and helpful staff. More parking would be helpful.

Never attended in person always telephone appointments. Dr called when he said he would and referred me for treatment where necessary
