Procedure explained very clearly and time to ask any questions given. At each stage of the gastroscopy I was spoken to and told what to expect by my surgeon. He has been able to put my concerns and worries into a very small box after explaining what would happen before my op and then the reassurance in all my follow up appointments. Working together has been of great benefit to me and I very grateful to have met him. He has been a blessing to me.
