All Good, staff very nice

I have had 4 operations requiring anaesthetic. On 2 occasions the individual inserting the catheter was unable to insert it correctly leaving extensive bruising and a painful hand post op. I have had numerous catheters inserted over the years and these are the only 2 such episodes. More training required. On my last visit the attending nurse also forgot to take a urine sample and did not take my pulse. None of this inspires confidence.

Friendly staff

Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful, a real sense of being looked after and nothing was too much trouble. It was a long way for us to travel each time (over an hour) but so glad I picked well.

Hospital allowed an appointment to be booked on 30th Jan then sent emails to confirm the appointment. But suddenly called a day or two before the appointment saying that the Doctor does not have sufficient appointments on the day that he would wait for me exclusively till the appointment time. So they said you tell me something in the coming weeks. Post MRI, I have neither heard from Hospital nor from the Doctor despite following up as to what is the issue and whether it is serious and requires follow up appointment or not. So overall poor experience
