Could not have been happier with my whole experience. I particularly appreciated the way that Mr Gould took the time to explain issues and the pros and cons of possible treatments. He was also very sensitive to the fact that I have multiple conditions and was very careful to have me checked thoroughly to ensure my safety. I felt that he gave considerable thought to his decisions and advice which was very reassuring. He has fantastic communication skills and was easy to contact, as well as having a kind and cheerful bedside manner.
