From my initial consultation with David through to post surgery, I received excellent care . My recovery from keyhole surgery was extremely comfortable with minimal pain or bruising, a testament to his skill as a surgeon.

ANDREW HAS A CUTTING EDGE AND BLUE SKY APPROACH A brief description and how Andrew Renwick has been instrumental in my treatment plan and hence my recommendation. My medical history is complex and many surgeons advised that a stoma was necessary. Psychologically this was unacceptable to me. Mr Renwick listened and understood this. Andrew concisely explained all my options, operational plans/risks/potential complications including those very personal to myself. As there was several questions Andrew never tired in reiterating in a friendly personable manner and whatever time this took he gave including giving up his own personal time post operatively to visit me personally.  As a long term Colitis sufferer and for this reason alone some surgeons were only prepared to do a total colectomy and/or delayed anastomoses. As I am now stoma free I can’t recommend Andrew strong enough because I know I have received nothing but the best of treatment in every step..... My forever thanks to Andrew.....

Eminently satisfactory

I had a colonoscopy and subsequently a minor surgery under general anaesthetic. For both procedures, Mr Broadhurst clearly explained to me what was going to happen and why. The team in Nuffield hospital were all very caring and professional. I had a very good recovery after both procedures, with virtually no discomfort or pain afterwards and my initial issue now fully resolved. Throughout the process, Mr Broadhurst took the time to listen, answer my questions, and explain the various treatment options and the related risks and all that in a manner that made me feel supported and reassured. I would definitely see Mr Broadhurst again if I have any colorectal issues in the future and would fully recommend him to others.
