My over all experienced with Harley Medical Group has been excellent from pre-assessment until I had my surgery. They are very accomodating in terms of appointment changes. The nurses are excellent and very reassuring. The place itself is very good in terms of cleanliness and facilities.

All of the nursing staff were very good and took care of my every need. I couldn't have been in better hands.

It was a bit hard to find the exact location as it's a big hospital. The waiting room could have had some magazines or reading materials as I was waiting. Enjoyed the coffee though!

Nuffield Health Parkside Hospital provides a very pleasant environment with high standards of cleanliness, all of the members of staff we spoke to were, happy to help and showed kindness to myself and my daughter.

Very efficient in terms of communication. Good reception by staff on arrival for my procedure and aftetwards. Good quality room for my day stay. Well fed and watered aftetwards. Good information given pre-departure about what to expect during recovery period.

Staff and nurses are very good.

Very inconvenient. Misleading information. Confused. Not offering help. The receptionist was unable to provide information or guidance with regard to my appointment. Made me wait till my appointment time passed and asked me to come another day. This is so disappointing and frustrating.
