Everything went smoothly from admission to after care, making my surgery as stress free as possible.

A nice hospital, was seen on time and had more than enough time to fully explain my problem to the consultant who was lovely and friendly and put my mind at rest. Had a blood test taken by a lovely nurse who was a real expert at taking blood. My whole experience at the Lister was a very pleasant one.

The doctor came late, the appointment time sent to us was 30minutes before the scheduled appointment time.

I was well looked after. There was a delay in being seen by the doctor/nurse, due to some miscommunication. The whole process of the drug challenge was very positive.
