This was my 4th colonoscopy with Professor Dorudi. Excellent every time

She is kind and caring. She answered all my questions in depth and detail.

Mr Karim explained everything to me about my illness and the procedure I had. He was very good during the procedure and had a very good bedside manner.

He was very friendly and considerate. However pre op appeared very rushed when he “popped in” to see me and I didn’t see him at all post operation to get any feedback on whether the procedure was executed in a straightforward manner or if any issues were experienced.

Initial consultation & procedures were dealt with well & quite quick. However, I then had to chase for a follow up, as there was still no reason identified for my diagnosis. The secretary is difficult to get hold, often no replies to emails, so followed up through Spire secretaries. Eventually got a telephone appt, but didn't get called, was then told I should have gone in-person. Next appt cancelled at short notice. Re-schedule appt the Professor didn't turn up, was then told clinic was cancelled, but had no notification, so resulted in a wasted journey. Not sure if I can now be bothered with the hassle to follow up on my health issues!

Mr Watfah listened carefully, asked probing questions leaving me reassured that he had a full grasp of my problems and had a strategy to find the ideal solution. He had a charming approach and displayed a sense of humour which is important to me. I felt that he had listened carefully and will seek the best soltion for me.

Maria is very professional and took great care pre and post operation to ensure that I understood the procedure and what to expect afterwards. I totally trusted her surgical skills with the operation and it went extremely well and it has been successful.
