From the moment i arrived i was put at ease. All the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and answered all my queries. Dr Omar was very proffesional and made an uncomfortable procedure much easier to endure. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and i would recommend The Whiteley Clinic without reservation.

I am only rating the facility here. Although modern and new, the room was very basic and small - not even a TV. Also there wasn't much privacy as there were construction workers on the opposite building. I was still 'high' on anaesthetic so I couldn't even word it to ask for the blinds to be closed.

The overall experience with Blackheath hospital has been good. All of the staff were friendly to me. All of my appointments were on time. Although there was an issue on my surgery date, the hospital manged to resolve it in a timely manner which did not cause any delay to my procedure. One thing the hospital needs to improve may be that the parking spaces are very limited.
